For emergency plumbing services, you can select the "Emergency" option when submitting a service request through our website or app. Alternatively, you can call our emergency hotline at 1-800-555-PLUMB. We'll connect you with an available plumber as quickly as possible, typically within 60 minutes.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfers. Payments are processed securely through our platform after the service is completed.
Plumbers receive payments through our secure platform. When a customer pays for a service, the funds are held securely until the job is confirmed as completed. Plumbers can set up direct deposit to receive payments automatically, typically within 2-3 business days. We charge a small service fee for each transaction, which is transparently displayed in the plumber's dashboard.
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not satisfied with the service provided, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the service completion. We offer a satisfaction guarantee and will work with you to resolve any issues, which may include sending another plumber to fix the problem or providing a partial or full refund.
